These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Magic AI (the “Service”), operated by Magic AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Magic AI is operated by an individual (Matija) as a startup and is not yet a registered company.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

7. AI Usage Policy & Automated Processing
AI Systems
Magic AI uses artificial intelligence and automated processing systems to generate outputs based on user inputs.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only

You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, or rely on AI-generated content
Automated Decision-Making
Magic AI does not engage in fully automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significant impacts on users without human involvement or appropriate safeguards, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Article 22 of the GDPR.
AI Training & Data Use

Magic AI does not use user inputs to train public or third-party AI models unless explicitly disclosed or consented to
Prohibited AI Use
You agree not to use Magic AI:

To generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading content

To violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights

To attempt to bypass safeguards or misuse AI functionality
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services.
Magic AI is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
